Jace is a true leg wrestler, ensnaring his opponent in his legs and applying a tight grip to squeeze out a submission, sometimes combined with a choke or full nelson. His victim doesn’t have a chance.

Patrick and Robin are grappling in the gazebo. It starts to rain during their match, but that doesn’t stop them — the match ends only when one man dominates the other. Caught up in the heat of the moment, they don’t even stop to relocate inside. The action continues until one man cannot go on.
Patrick traps Robin in a tightly held full nelson on the mat, stretching and showing off Robin’s chiseled washboard abs to the max. Robin eventually submits, but Patrick wants to hear those sweet words “I give” another time. He rapidly transitions the full nelson to a leg nelson, pouring on the pressure till he hears those sweet words once more.
“Now who’s the better man?” the victor gloats.

Here’s a classic clip from the archives: Cruze traps Christian Fox in a full nelson/bodyscissor combo. I recall a clip of this circulating the Internet, Yahoo groups, etc. at least 10 years ago, and then it kind of disappeared.
In a true technical match, Christian Fox should have cranked an ankle lock to make Cruze regret his mistake of applying a bodyscissor from this angle. I guess Christian was never taught that defense. But it’s still fun to watch Christian squirm every which way. Cruze asks Christian a few times if he gives.
“How you like that, huh? You give?”
“Yeah.”
Christian submits a couple times, but even has he does so, he reaches behind Cruze’s head to counter. Cruze isn’t fazed and keeps him trapped in the tight hold to assert his dominance.
“You ain’t getting nowhere. You might as well give up, blondie,” taunts Cruze with disdain.
“I give up,” Christian quickly replies yet again.
Cruze pretends he didn’t hear him and doubles down with a new wave of crushing force on Christian’s neck, shaking his head like a rag doll.
At one point it looks like Christian is close to applying an ankle lock, but he never does. He does find another way to get Cruze to break the full nelson, but Cruze has other tricks still to punish the youngster for his disobedience…

Here, Chalupa lands a choke on the feisty G-dogg. He holds G-dogg for awhile, sitting quietly and letting him get complacement that no more serious punishment is coming. Then Chalupa suddenly pops his leg out as he tries to add in a bodyscissor for an extra measure of control. Even as G-dogg’s energy is waning while trapped in the choke, he still has the presence of mind to throw off Chalupa’s leg. G-dogg knows that if Chalupa wraps him up between his legs with the choke in place, he is toast.
Even with his life force draining away, G-dogg manages to reverse and escape the choke, only to get caught again in Chalupa’s fierce headlock.
Will the quick, agile G-dogg find a way to prevail over the strong, dominating Chalupa, or will Chalupa subdue G-dogg and bend him to his will? Watch to find out!

Happy New Year! To ring in the new year, here is a short but feisty exchange from the sadly defunct Let’s Wrestle video To Engage in Battle.
Kyle wraps up his opponent Jeff Lander in a full nelson / bodyscissor combo. Jeff is not impressed, and though Kyle tries to keep the hold on tight, Jeff is stronger and breaks out.
As you might have expected from the post title, I will probably post some more clips from this match in the future.

Bodybuilders Steven Cao and Dylan McKenna are just about to leave the gym when a fan asks them to get down to a light casual wrestling tussle.
Two very short bouts. In both case Steven emerges as the victor. Dylan does a little better in the second bout with a headlock, but when he releases the hold, Steven gets on top and Dylan taps out again.
Dylan is a hunk but doesn’t seem to have much grappling experience. But this is still a fun video for something different, a little spontaneous fun.

After more than one hour of nonstop wrestling, Jerry Owens is spent. Eric Shuler seizes his advantage, trapping Jerry in a tight full nelson and bodyscissor combo hold. Eric crosses his ankles and straightens his legs upward toward the sky to maximize the pressure and prevent Jerry from landing an ankle lock.

Video Clip! Lukas from Fightplace, a master of the scissors hold, controls and crushes Toni in a bodyscissor for more than two minutes. Lukas uses his favorite “shaking scissors” and gloats throughout with trash talk (in German, so unfortunately I can’t understand it). To his credit, Toni takes the pain and doesn’t give up. He manages to fight his way out, only to be smothered again by Lukas in a schoolboy pin. Toni has got spirit and size but can’t beat the skills and experience of Lukas.
